After more than 15 years in the world of business — from finance to entrepreneurship and luxury brand creation — Svetlana realized that true success means nothing without inner peace. She has explored and experienced on herself the magical connection between body and mind — how the body can quiet the mind, and how the mind can bring lightness back to the body. Through this path, she found her own way to return to balance, joy, and presence.
Svetlana is a Business and Mindfulness Coach, YIN & Mindful Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance), and Master Coach certified by the Geneva International Coaching Institute, member of the ICF.
She is also a Practitioner of Negative Emotional Release, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach, and specialist in personal development, stress management, and emotional integration. Her approach is dedicated to helping those whose minds never stop — entrepreneurs, leaders, and creators — to reconnect with themselves, release inner tension, and rediscover the simple joy of being.
