This retreat is an invitation to fully experience the softness of the French Riviera — through embodied practices, discoveries of the most magic places and a gentle dive into riviera art atmosphere and happiness ( Cap d’ Antibes, Saint -Paul- de- Vence and Lérins Islands)

A place steeped in history, once a haven for artists, writers, and visionary leaders. A sanctuary of beauty where the Mediterranean inspires every breath, and where elegance and soulfulness meet.

Each morning, we will practice yoga facing the sea, gently awakened by golden sunlight and the rhythmic sound of the waves.

One of the highlights of this retreat will be a journey to the Lérins Islands, just across from Cannes. On the serene and sacred island of Saint-Honorat, inhabited solely by Cistercian monks, we will immerse ourselves in a silent outdoor practice — surrounded by ancient pines, timeless stones, and the infinite blue horizon.

We will also dive into the rich cultural soul of the Côte d’Azur: a visit to the Picasso Museum in Antibes, a sensory stroll through the art-filled streets and famous art foundations of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, and moments of shared joy around exquisite local cuisine — sun-drenched, refined, and full of life.

During this retreat you will immerse yourself in the golden softness of the sun and the timeless elegance of the Côte d’Azur and you will gently reconnect with your state of joy and abundance.

Program :

Each day offers a gentle step toward reconnecting with your joy —through our yoga practices and inspiring and joyful riviera experience.

Each morning begins gently, with a breathwork and meditation session followed by a complete yoga practice (around 1 hour and 30 minutes), facing the sea — in this unique and exquisite setting on the Cap d’Antibes.

After breakfast, you’ll enjoy a curated program of local and cultural experiences, from exploring hidden corners of the area to visiting artistic and historical landmarks that make the French Riviera so rich in soul and inspiration.

In the evening, we will gather again for a meditative or restorative yoga practiced, to unwind, to integrate, and to return gently to your inner stillness.

DAY 1 — October 6: Arrival & Riviera Reconnection

10:00 – 11:30 AM Morning Reconnection Yoga (for those who have already arrived)

Free time to enjoy the beach, explore the local area, or relax in the exquisite hotel setting.

4:00 – 5:30 PM “Riviera Reconnection” Yoga Session

6:30 PM Welcome Drink & sunset on a private boat

7:30 PM Rosé Dinner (a warm and elegant evening to connect and settle into the rhythm of the retreat)

DAY 2 — October 7: Sea & Yoga Day

8:00 - 9:00 AM Morning Mindful Yoga Practice

9:00 AM Breakfast

10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Boat Journey to Les Iles de Lerins Island Yoga and Meditation practice in a sacred natural setting, swimming, and a gourmet picnic. A moment of stillness beauty and nature.

3:00 – 6:00 PM Free Riviera Time : To rest, explore, or simply enjoy the beauty around you.

7:00 PM Joyful Dinner : Celebrating the sea, the senses, and the softness of being.

DAY 3 — October 8: Art & Yoga Day

8:00 – 9:30 AM Morning Yoga Practice by the Ocean

9:30 – 10:30 AM Breakfast

11:00 AM Cultural Discovery : Visit either the artistic village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence and its iconic foundations or Antibes with the renowned Picasso Museum.

Lunch in town ( for those who is willing to experience local cuisine)

6:00 – 7:00 PM Evening Mindfulness & Abundance practice ( from the “The Abundance Method” created by Svetlana )

7:00 PM Arty Dinner : a creative, sensory experience inspired by the day’s discoveries.

DAY 4 — October 9: Closing Morning

8:00 – 9:30 AM Final Yoga Practice by the Ocean

A gentle and expansive session to anchor the experience and open the heart.

9:30 – 10:30 AM Breakfast

10:30 – 11:00 AM Closing Circle : a moment of sharing

The retreat is led by 2 yoga teachers and a mindfulness coach, both of whom are passionate about yoga: The retreat is organized by Svetlana, yoga and meditation coach and author of The Abundance Method.

    Meet Svetlana, who is Swiss and the organizer of this retreat. She will make this retreat an unforgettable experience with White Yoga Studio & Mindfulness.

    Svetlana is a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher (Yin and Vinyasa), as well as a coach specializing in emotional management, NLP and prana healing. Svetlana is the Author of The Abundance Method, a unique mental and physical practice reconnecting you with inner joy, clarity, and true fulfillment.

    Svetlana is passionate about art and shed guides yoga practices in art fondations and museums.

    The goal:

    For several years now, she has been organizing events and retreats in the South of France, Greece and Switzerland.

    Passionate about yoga, personal development and mental power, Svetlana is the author of several coaching programs for entrepreneurs.

    Yoga occupies a central place in her life. She creates personalized yoga sessions with precise objectives, such as mental relaxation, connecting to a state of emotional and bodily relaxation.

    Svetlana organizes this retreat to offer a gentle moment of yoga practice in a poetic and inspiring setting. She wants you to experience a gentle interlude and reconnect with yourself. She loves this way of experiencing the summer before the summer.
